RIT Glass Program

This week we are very excited to have Anna Boothe as our Visiting Artist. She will be here for three days showing us casting and mold making techniques.

Anna Boothe trained as a sculptor at the Rhode Island School of Design and has worked with glass since 1980. Boothe received her MFA from the Tyler School of Art in 1988, where she has held a teaching position in the glass program for 12 years. She frequently lectures and teaches workshops throughout the United States and abroad and exhibits her figurative kiln-cast work regularly. In 1997 she established Fritworks, a business dedicated to providing supplies and technical support to kiln-workers.
